Hotmail Server Password Issue

I'm 99.9% certain that my Hotmail issue has nothing to do with my S4, but figured I might as well ask: "has anyone run into an issue with signing into hotmail after setting it up? Specifically, from time-to-time I get a "sign-in failed" alert that says "Server password has changed. Enter the new password." The password has not changed--I'm able to log into my Hotmail account via other devices using the same password and given time it goes back to "normal".

This just happened to me also on my GS4. Started researching the issue and stumbled across this thread. I just ignored it and hopes it corrects itself.
