Staten Island here, I've had 4G LTE for months. I bought my iphone5 in November 2012 and since day one I had 4G, so it's been around for a while now.

I've had LTE for the pass year and a half with the S2 Skyrocket, S3 and now with the 4. Live in Manhattan, can't go back to anything less then LTE at this point (AT&T)
