Need to super-simplify my GS4

Long story short, my wife is getting my rooted GS4 (I got a Note 3, woo!) but is extremely non-tech-saavy and is coming from only iPhones. I recently made the switch, and am moderately tech saavy so I understand the learning curve. My question to you guys and girls is...

If you had to make a GS4 as iPhone similar as possible for someone who will never ever be interested in performance or personal tweaking, what would you install? I'll list some things that are important.:
1. The basic google calender is important. The iOS7 one frustrated her.
2. She does your average puzzle game, pinterest, photo and video messaging with friends.
3. I'm not really interested in custom roms as I figure a launcher would achieve what I really needed. Maybe there is an iOS rom? I don't know these things.
4. I don't want anything experimental or buggy as she needs it to just work.
5. She is perfectly, 110% fine, if not happier having an iOS clone. She has a GS4 because it was a free hand-me-down.
6. Again, on a scale of 1-10 tech saaviness she's a -11 so I'm really hoping Android offers a simple solution for her.

Thanks all~

Just get nova launcher so you can customize and also backup your home screens asap.

I would recommend Apex Launcher. Then just put a clock widget and app shortcuts on the home screen while making the app tray alphabetical for easier app-finding.

Turn on the "Old Person" settings just in the phone. (aka, simple home). I just did it to be funny to myself, but my wife really liked it, and so it has stayed on her phone permanent.

I agree on this, seriously!
My wife is also a non techy person, and she loves my Galaxy S4 when she uses it with the Easy Mode on!

OK, I don't know what's going on, but I can't see the screenshots I have uploaded! :banghead:
Do you see them?

Look into Themer Beta. It simplifies the home screens and let's what's important be on the screens.

There is something going on with the forums. Add your complaint to my thread.. It's driving me nuts.

Doing great. You? I got myself a Note 3 and sold my HTC One. I missed Samsung. In the past I went from the S2 to S3 then tried the HTC One to try something different... But man... So glad to be back to Samsung!
