Icons are being added to my home screen on their own

Any idea what is causing icons to be added to my home screen on their own, and even OVER other icons?
See the top right I have Camera, but then Nike + was added on its own, and Cupid below that. what is cupid, what do I need to delete that is causing this on the s4?

Open Android Play Store on your device and select Settings from the menu.

On the Play Store settings, search for the option 'Auto-add widgets'.

If the option is checked and enabled, shortcut of every new app will be added to your home screen after they are installed, as long as there's space for it.

To disable the feature - simply unchecked the option.
