I have had my Galaxy s4 for about 6 months. The last few months when I turn on my phone sometimes the lockscreen comes up and I can't touch anything. The power button works and if I turn the phone off it won't turn back on for a minute or two. When it finally does restart, it pops up with a system not responding box and I hit okay. I had performed a hard reset about 2 and a half months ago but I still had the problem. It has happened about 5 times today and is really annoying. I've searched many times to find the problem but could not find the answer. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!
