My phone turned off in my pocket and it wont turn on in no way and technician says the motherboard should be replaced and everything lost in the moment when the phone turned off. Is it true that everything lost in that moment ?

If the motherboard got damaged enough, yes, the data is lost because the memory chip got damaged. If not, it could, in theory, be recovered, but usually no repair shop would do this as the motherboard is just replaced entirely.

Should i get worried if someone can get it back in function and use my files ?

It would take a tremendous amount of effort to try to de-solder the memory chip, re-solder it onto a new motherboard, and do this all without damaging the chip in the process.
