Why does my phone turn off at 30?

My phone turns off at 30%

I have a galaxy s4 and it turns off at 30% charge, I noticed that the battery has gotten bigger and I was told to replace it, The new battery is better in terms of battery draining but it still turns off at 30%, Any solutions? and thank you

Welcome to the forums. It might be an error in the battery reporting it status. You can try a cache clear in settings>storage and see if that helps.
