no "advanced" in recovery after root

Hi all, I have just rooted my s5 i got about 3 hrs ago with this (CF-Auto-Root-klte-kltexx-smg900f.zip) I am a U.K. user and that is the correct file for my model, i now also have SuperUser in my menu's, im intending on installing omega on my phone but there is no "advanced" option in my recovery menu, if anyone could give any advice on this i would be most greatfull.

no matter sorted it flashed a diffrent root and i got the options

Could you please tell me from where to get an alternative root file to flag? I also am facing the same issue on my Note2. Even the touchwiz for bios is gone after the update.
