Help rooting G900V

Hi, I have a Galaxy S5 G900V running lollipop and I have had a lot of trouble rooting it for the first time (this is my first experience rooting anything). I have tried towelroot, Kingo ROOT, and Mobogenie but none of them seem to work. Towelroot says that my device isn't supported (yes I have tried changing the modstrings), Kingo ROOT says it failed in the middle of rooting, and mobogenie just sits there at about a third done forever.

I have the same phone as you and tried all of the rooting options you've posted and it all failed. I'm not gonna try it, but to root the SM-G900V (Galaxy S5) you need to use Odin and flash 4.4.2 and then install towelroot. When you install towelroot on 4.4.2 it'll root your phone. (Verizon doesn't like people rooting their phones, that's why its harder to root the Verizon and AT&T version)
