Anyone figure out how to get rid of that All Share Dongle thingie?

I keep uninstalling updates and force stopping the darn thing but it keeps updating and, thus, coming back.

I want this piece of worthless garbage OFF my phone.

Yeah I don't think there is a permanent solution besides rooting.

Solution seems to be to go into Play Store settings and disable "auto update when on wifi." There I see the stupid dongle thing waiting to update yet again. This time though I don't click on it so there it will sit permanently. The only down side is that I now have to manually allow updating for any other app which has an update available. A bit of a pain to be sure but well worth it to keep that stupid dongle thing disabled.
