Can anyone explain what do the percentages mean in the battery usage screen. If you look at Facebook and Google Search, they both show 4%. What does that mean, as FB used 13 minutes the CPU and 2 min awake and Google Search 13 minutes CPU and over 2 hours awake?

It's the percentage of total battery used so far by each app since the last charge. So it's not current usage, but rather over a whole time period.

The amount of battery an app uses depends on more than just how long it's been on. Some apps are more battery-intensive than others. For example, a graphics-heavy game will use significantly more battery after 10 minutes than a calculator app that's been running for the same amount of time.
