Hi, so my Samsung S5 is have an extremely short life span at the moment. It seems to go down by 1% every 2-3 minutes. This means it barely survives 2-3 hours.
Is there perhaps something that is killing my battery?

Surely this isn't standard?

Thx in advance.

It's definitely strange, but are those moments without mobile signal Airplane Mode or just crappy reception? If the latter, that can VERY adversely affect your battery since the phone is constantly looking for any signal.

Have you tried a battery pull? Sometimes it helps with any rogue apps.

Actually at this moment I do not have a sim card inserted into this phone right now so I don't know if that has anything to do with reception? I do know that when I use airplane mode and have music on the battery is better. Like 1% every 10 minutes.

Well, you could try that first. Airplane mode with WiFi off and test. Now Airplane mode with WiFi on and test again. Honestly, if you're getting 6% down an hour on Airplane mode with WiFi off, then there IS something wrong going on.

Do you mean try it out with screen on or sleep? Because I never have any trouble with screen sleeping. Then the battery consumption is very low.

Oh, well 1% every 10 minutes with screen on is NOT so bad. I thought you were having this issue while on idle. But from your screens the biggest gobbler is the Phone Idle service, which might be because it doesn't have a signal. That's where Airplane mode should help, since it turns the mobile radio off but it does let you manually turn on WiFi and/or Bluetooth.
