Ringtone Volume Won't Stay Loud

Since updating to Lollipoop, the ringtone volume will not stay set at a loud volume. I set it as loud as it will go, and within a few minutes it sets itself to something barely above mute. I'm missing a ton of calls because of this.

Any one else dealing with this? Better yet, anyone know how to fix it?
