I have a new Samsung Galaxy X Cover 5 and have some annoyances,
1. Sometimes when I walk up the ringer is in the mute mode. I have no idea how this happens. In Settings, Modes and Routines, all of the settings say they are not set - except for sleep. I can't find where to shut it off. Do Not Disturb is off, too, but I guess it's turning itself on. I wish there was a way to remove this "feature."
2. On my older phones I could turn down the ring volume with a button. Not on this. I have to go into Settings. It's really annoying. I know I can pull down and change it to "Vibrate," but I want it to be muted.
It's funny that the phone automatically goes to mute when it wants, but unless I change it in Settings the best I can get is vibrate.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
