Why aren't I getting internet?

not getting internet

I am trying to get internet on my dorms wifi. i can connect to it and i see 3 bars but im not getting anything. I have a galaxy s5 (lollipop 5.0) and i've tried changing it to static but nothing works on my phone. i used to get internet on the wifi but it randomly stopped working. ive also factory reset my phone and nothing.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you usually have to enter a password, either directly in the wi-fi settings, or on a login webpage when you first connect?
