Why does this occur: 'Unfortunately Gallery has Stopped.' ?

[AC Question]

I've had my Galaxy S5 for just about a day and a half, and there seems to be a problem with the gallery. I know that this is a common problem and there have been fixes, but nothing works for mine. After clearing the cache for gallery and factory resetting the phone, the same problem occurs! How do I fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have an SD card inserted? If so, try going to Settings>Storage​, Unmount the card and remove it, then reboot. Does Gallery keep stopping now?
