How can I get the standard clock app on my Galaxy S6 Edge+ to show the correct time?

Regarding standard clock app on Galaxy S6 edge+

Brand new Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge + standard clock app has a clock face on the app button which sometimes shows the correct time, sometimes does not.
What am i missing?

Not sure what your missing but in your settings hit auto clock set that should work but yiu must have a Sim card in it
