People can't hear me unless i use wifi calling (s6 edge)

I am having an issue that's getting really frustrating. I bought a galaxy s6 edge from a seller with high rating on eBay. The phone works perfectly fine except when I try to call over my cellular network people can't hear me. Can anybody help?

Here's a list of things I've tried:
-Rebooting (it works for the first 10 minutes and stops)
-putting it on speaker phone (they say they only hear static)
-getting a new Sim card (T-Mobile)
-the case I have is not covering my mic

Is there anybody that can help me out? I really like this phone and I want to be able to use it without WiFi. It defeats the purpose of having a cell phone.

Have you tried a factory reset?

I made the post as a guest so I had to actually make an account to reply. But anyway yes I tried that reluctantly and it didn't help anything

Try to wipe the data and cach for the Dialer app...

Yeah tried that too still no luck. This problem jus doesn't make sense to me :-(

Have you contacted your service provider?
