I need some help with my Samsung galaxy S6 Edge, since the new android 7 update I have had nothing but problems. Including black screen and random reboot. I tried to flash my phone back to android 6 but this failed. So I used Samsung recovery to recover my phone. when the phone turned back on the screen was completely black. but it was on voice description as when I touched the screen it would tell me what I was pressing.
The screen doesn't work in recovery mode or download mode either.
Any suggestions thanks
