Samsung Galaxy S6 Clear view case problem?

When I close the cover, the screen doesn't change to the black&white lock. Instead, nothing happens. The strange thing is that sometimes it would start working all of a sudden, then it stays working until I remove the phone from the case and put it back in, after that it doesn't work again and who knows when it will suddenly start working again.
It's strange and a little annoying... I wonder what could be causing this?

Maybe the magnet on the cover is faulty or in the wrong position?

I had the same issue. Fixed by removing the phone from the case and put it back in. Strange. Not sure if it will happen again or not.

I am facing the same problem. The cover is not working at all. Cant even pick and cancel the calls from the cover. The screen doesnt changes when i close the cover. Removed and tried to put that again several times but of no use. Can anyone suggest something?
Cover is costing $50 and seems to be useless.

THANK GOD! I thought I was the only one who experienced this, just tried to take off the case for once and it's not turning back to the black and white screen. Any advice? Plus the case just scratched my screen o.o

I have the same issue:
- after upgrading OTA to 5.1.1, the case is useless, nothing happened when i close the case
It was ok when my S6 was 5.0.2
