Lock Screen Help

So, i noticed that some apps automatically have a locked bar on the "Lock Screen"....my flashlight app put one on automatically and i was able to remove it in the actual app. I have 1Weather app/widget downloaded and it put a weather bar on my lock screen and i cant seem to be able to remove it.

Anyone know how i can do this?

1Weather will display on the lock screen unless you uncheck the "Ongoing notification" setting in the app, which is enabled by default. The only consequence in making the change is that it ceases displaying your temperature in the status bar area.

Glad to help.

I used to prefer only seeing the current temp displayed in the status bar, but grew so fond of 1Weather's widgets that I just made room for them on my home screen instead.
