If you press the volume rocker at the home screen you'll see a settings icon
. Select that and a menu displaying volume sliders for all of the above appears. At least that way you can adjust all volumes to the same level. Is this what you are looking for?

No. I want to be able to just adjust one control, not 4. I want them all at the same level all the time with out have to go go oh yea I need to turn down the notification volume, and system, and media, and ringer. My last Android was a Nexus 4, and there was one slider, or you could tie them together I can't remember. After that I had a Lumia 920 and an iPhone 6, and those I only had to worry about one volume slider.

I know not the answer you're looking for but . . . Tasker does this for me. I have several profiles (work, home, car, etc) and they adjust the volume of each depending on the context.

I'm not aware of a way to adjust all volumes with a single control.
