My samsung galaxy s6 went black and I can't restart it

Hi ! Please help! Ok so my S6's screen went black all of sudden when I was supra solicitating it and now I can open it and such but the thing is that the screen is black and it doesn't respond. I can hear how I receive notifications on FB and I can set the volume....but..I don't know what to do! I really want to restart it but I can't cuz the screen does't work -_- help

The screen may have failed, or with any luck, it may just be a loose connection.

Hold Volume down and power for 10 seconds to do a reboot.
