The dual clock on galaxy s6 lock screen won't work. How do I get it to work?

I have just move to android and I can't get the dual clock on the lock screen on my galaxy s6 to work. I set my home location to NYC and I'm in the UK so I'm not technically roaming . How do get the phone to think I'm roaming? If that's a solution to my problem??

Have you tried going to settings and changing the date and time?

I have tried changing the tdate and time but nothing happens
