Unlock S6 - unable to recognize fingerprint - WiFi off - forgot backup password

Hello,
Today this message appeared on my phone:
"Unable to recognize your fingerprint. Enter your backup password to unlock the device".
The fingerprint is not recognized. The backup password does not work. And the WiFi is OFF, so I cannot use Gmail to access my phone. I tried to unlock it with Kies but it does not seem to be possible.
What can I do to unlock it?

It doesn't matter that your WiFi is off, you should be able to use your Google account to unlock it, as long as it has service.
