How to activate Doze?

Does anybody know where exactly is Doze feature in the Galaxy S6 with Marshmallow?

It sounds like you are wanting to know where the settings are that you can manage
There are no actual Doze settings that you manage or toggle,, its more or less a automatic feature

The phone sets motionless and not connected to a charger,,after a period of time, 20- 30 minutes . Doze becomes active.

Yup, davidnc has it pretty much spot on. As the device sits inactive, Doze takes effect. Doze will not activate if the phone is in your pocket or sitting in a car in motion.

There ARE settings, but those are only to tell the phone which apps are allowed to ignore Doze. By default, texting and phone calls ignore Doze and can't be adjusted to not ignore Doze. On a Nexus device, the settings are in Settings > Battery > Overflow menu (3-dot menu in the top right) > Battery Optimization.
