What is this pop up?

I've had my Galaxy s6 for awhile now and I've suddenly had this pop up show on my screen 3 times in the past week. I assume it must be related to an app as I've never seen it before. This screen shot was the first time with an ad for a page that I have visited on Facebook and on the internet. The other times it was something completely different.

My question is, how can I find what this is in relation to and remove it? It's happened when pulling up Facebook and when pulling up Google Chrome. The only app I have downloaded in the past week is an app related to communication with my child's teacher and my husband has the same app with no pop ups.

Looks like it's from a Task Manager/Cleaner app

Looks like an ad related pop-up that probably came from the website you visited. Adware from one of their advertisers most likely. Trying clearing your cache, look in settings under storage and you'll see an option to clear cache. Might get rid of it.
