Nougat 7.0 upgrade Samsung S6 Verizon - Can't change fonts??

A

AC Question

Luckily I don't seem to be having a lot of the issues other are having with this upgrade, but have noticed that when I change my screen fonts in settings - they don't every change! Anyone else have this issue? Is there a fix? I know this is minor, but something that is really bugging me. Thanks!

I'm hating Nougat. I can barely see the white drop down menu with the very thin font. I increased the font size to try to make things easier to see (nope, I'm young and still can't see light blue font on white background. lol) It's very difficult to make fast adjustments to my Wifi, Ringer/vibrate/silent, etc now.

My 2nd most hated change is that my text messages icon no longer shows a counter. Before if there were 2 unread texts, the icon showed a little "2". Now that's missing!

You can go to settings... Display... Screen zoom and fonts... There you can fiddle with fonts and sizes.
Then go to accessibility... Vision... High contrast fonts....
If you enable the blue light filter, it's not so contrasty and helps a bit with the glare....
