"Manage Contacts" option has disappeared from my Samsung S6

The "Manage Contacts" option has disappeared from the Contacts menu on my Samsung S6.
I used to be able to click the three dots & it would appear as an option, now all I see is the following;

Groups

Delete

Share

Settings

This option was great for selecting the default location for new contacts, I prefer to save my contacts to Phone and not Google as seems to be the current default. Anyone else have this issue?
