Samsung Insurance glich ( A no go )

Tried to purchase the Samsung Insurance online, and by phone, however the rep said it was still to early for this new phone to have it shown online, and she could not help on the phone either. Anyone else with this issue ?

Hehe looks like their own systems don't even recognize it as a legit phone because it's not technically out.
