I just got myself a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and I've noticed that the bottom part of the screen is not very responsive. I have to tap on an app or on screen menu several times to get it to work. Is this normal?

Is your phone still within its warranty period? As others suggested, I recommend returning it for another model.
