Here are a few pics. Like the S8/S8+, AT&T packaging is getting better. 😂

It's definitely got a little more heft to it, which is a good thing. Feels a lot more solid and not as fragile as the S8/S8+. It doesn't seem to have that crappy plastic layer over the screen that scratched easily like on the S7 Active. They added a thicker ring over the camera which makes finding the FPS easier as well. Overall I'm pretty impressed with the design of it so far. Time will tell on how it holds up.

One new feature I noticed that's not on my S8+ is the ability to hide the navigation buttons at the bottom while in a app. So almost full immersive mode.

Picked one up this morning. Sorry no pics. Don't have a other device right now to take them.

It's slippery. Much more so than I thought. Love the feel though. Feel real sturdy and built rock solid. Very fluid especially for a new device getting set up and settled. Time will tell. And bonus my bill will be cheaper on AT&T than it was on verizon.

Getting a small software update.

Wow...already? Probably just a Security Patch! Have some fun for a few days and then write some reviews for us folks please? I'm sure I'm not the only one here "on the fence" that could use some reading material to coax us over the edge! :) Thank you for anything you can add!

Oh man, I would love this phone if I ever break my Note4. I don't want a phone with a glass back, I drop mine too often (I don't baby my phone). An edge screen is a nono for me as well. This would be my ideal replacement if I ever need a new phone.

I went from a Note 4, to a Note 5, to the Note 7, to the Replacement Note 7. When Samsung took that away, I tried to go back to my Note 5 but I had gotten used to the improved battery life of the Note 7s and couldn't deal with the Note 5. I bought an S7 Active and have been using it while waiting for the Note 8 to arrive. Truthfully, if the Note 8 doesn't show me something drastic next Wednesday when they debut it, I may just get the S8 Active. I really like this Active line... I've dropped it more times than I want to admit and it still doesn't have a scratch. I do have it in a case however... I decided not to leave it uncovered even though it was rugged. iBlasson Unicorn Beetle Hybrid case. Not too thick but sturdy... they make it for the S8 Active too.
