I have the S8+ and sold my iPhone 7 Plus to get this. I will never go back to an iPhone

You can't compare a phone that exists with a phone that isn't out for at least another 3 months. The iPhone and Galaxy devices are updated at two different times of year. There will always be a challenge to comparing them. One will always be 6 months older than the other. You have to compare devices that actually exist at the time.It's really unfair to compare iPhone 7+ to s8+.
It should be a battle between s8+ and iPhone 8. As they both look sexy.

Apple does have great customer service in their stores.The thing I miss about my iPhone 7 Plus is that if something happened to it, I could bring it to an Apple Store and they'd take care of me. If something happens to my S8, I'd either have to go to my carrier to get it fixed (they'd do nothing for it, TBH, so I'd be wasting my time) or send it in for an insurance trade-in and get a refurbished replacement phone. Both of those options are not ideal.
The Samsung store within Best Buy doesn't come close to the service you get in an Apple store. Not hatin' on Samsung, it's just not the same.That's what best buy is for here in the states they usually have a Samsung rep in the store and will help you with whatever you need. I don't have an Apple store near me... the closest is about and hour and a half away either way.

Not what I meant. I am sure others needed customer service and it's with out a doubt needed. I was simply sharing my experience with Samsung phones which is not a reflection of anyone else's experience. But a good customer experience does not need a fancy store like Apple stores to thrive. Saying it differently, I fancy store doesn't guarantee top notch customer serviceSo since you don't need anything more good customer service isn't important?
