Same here. Just started today. The only thing I noticed was a notification that several Samsung apps installed themselves without my knowledge or permission yesterday. Nothing on my end changed.

I gave up and just selected the do not show again button, sounds like there was much differences in the update anyway.

I was having this exact problem. It started this morning. I seems to have stopped it though. I went into my display settings / Edge screen settings and I turned off the edge light. So far, it has NOT popped up once!! Try it. can't hurt.

Samsung is no help. They blame it on carrier restrictions. Go figure..

That's the problem...every side of this has zero accountability. They just point fingers and do nothing to correct the issue.

Yup. Same here. Tried all the tricks, still does it. I even use package disabler to disable the enhanced features, still did it.

I got the notification today and update worked fine. My s8 is unlocked, so it very well might be carrier restrictions

Contacts->about tells me i am not connected to a network, which, of course, i am both cell and wifi. Turning wifi matters not.
