Messages appearong as "Chat heads"

I received the One UI pie update for my Galaxy S8 today. After installing everything seems to be working really good except I noticed that when I now use the default message app that comes with Samsung phone anytime I receive a text message I get the little chat head that appears on my home screen stays on my home screen until I drag it down or click on it. Prior to the update, I would see text message would come across the top of my screen stay for approximately 10 seconds and then disappear. How do I fix this ?
