Has the S8Active, running 9.0, Bixby block fix posted?

Have not seen it discussed in a while. My S8Active updated and I have the solution figured . Able to perform a long press to launch an app, without delay or splashes.
If known, ignore this post.
If not, I'll post it.

I wasn't sure if anyone posted the solution.
Search produced nothing positive.

Download bxactions.
Settings, Applications, select upper drop down menu, select Special Access, then select Apps That Can Change System.
Scroll down untoggle all Bixby labeled choices.
Toggle on bxactions if not on.
Now, go to Home. Open and select Active in the bxactions App. Choose what you want. Activate with a long bixby button press.
