galaxy tab 10.1 p7510 problem help!!!!

Hi!
My P7510 is freezing and turn of by it shelf, when I turn it buck on it always start from the same point, even if I delete everything when it turns on they reappear.
I have tried factory reset, hard reset even odin but nothing works it always come buck to the same point.

Welcome to the forums. So, to clarify, you reflashed a ROM with Odin?

Yes, and it looked like it completed the process with no problem but when the tab opened nothing had change

I have just tried with checked re-partition and then with checked nand erase but odin fails both times Im starting to think that there is some problem with the internal memory.

I think you may be right. Especially if Odin is not fixing the problem.

I am not sure. Physically you should be able to replace the memory, but that most likely would require replacing the whole mother board.
