Galaxy Tab 2 10.1: Help with root

[help me please help]

Soooo

I decided I was going to root my tab

I downloaded Odin and got an auto - root

I ran the auto root and everything was going fine until it rebooted my tablet.

It shows the galaxy tab logo, and then tries to reboot, and then shows the logo, and reboots, and continuously repeats...

My computer no longer recognizes it as a device, and thus neither does odin, even in download mode

Is it possible for me to hard reset or something???

Please help...

Can you reboot into recovery? If not, you will most likely have to flash a stock ROM in Odin.

Welcome to Android Central
Like mentioned above, try booting into recovery. From there, wipe the cache partition and then reboot

how do I reboot into recovery?

I'm trying the power and + volume buttons together and it isn't working

All I can get is the download screen

Odin just recognized it btw so I could try something else

You are probably going to have to reflash a stock ROM. Sammobile has stock ROM files available for download.
