How to lock the screen orientation in Kobo app

I'm new to the android forum and a Samsung tablet...

I want to lock the screen orientation for when I'm reading. I have figured out how to turn off "auto-rotate screen" for general tablet functions and that works. However, when I am in the Kobo app, the screen orientation still rotates. I had no problems with this on my last tablet. Does anyone know how to stop the screen from flipping?

When you have a book open tap the screen to bring up the menu buttons. Select the settings button, second from top on the bottom right of the screen. One of the settings is Orientation, selecting portrait or landscape will lock the screen and prevent it from rotating regardless of whether auto-rotate is enabled.
