My Tab Can't Turn Off and Always showing Download mode

This is happen when i tried to turn off (not screen lock) my tab. Instead off turned off, it's restarting and showing "Downloading.. do not turn off". After doing some research from the internet finally i know it's called Download mode. With some button combination i can exit this mode.

The problem is, how do i really turned it off, so the download mode screen does not show up again when i try to turn it off in the next time?

Welcome to Android Central! To force a shutdown, press and hold Power and Vol Down for about 20 seconds. Then power on normally by pressing the Power button. If it keeps going into Download Mode even though you're only pressing the Power button, it might be a problem with your Vol Down button -- it might be stuck in a pressed state, which makes the device think you're always trying to boot into Download Mode.
