My heart rate monitor disappeared this morning, No idea where it went or why and I can't find it to put back on the watch. Anyone have any suggestions?

I noticed mine seemed to disappear when I installed a watch face that had a link to the heart rate on it. restarting brought back the heart rate widget though, at least for me
