Why is "contacts" using 78% of battery on my Gear S3?

[AC Question]

My battery used to be drained by Android operating system components but that seems to be fixed. I then received draining from watch faces but now it's my contacts. Contacts are using 78% of battery by the end of the day and the battery is drained to 20%. I tried a "forced stop" but it always reingages.
