Strange URL to AC blog homepage

Mmm... must be some sort of device id? Mine shows that too, but with different numbers. On all links in there, actually, not just the AC Banner.

It changes if you leave the page and come back, too.

If you remove any of the numbering or make up your own number, even if it doesn't fit the format or length, it still takes you back to the main page. And like I said, it changes everytime you open the page, so it might be a random ID token or something.
