Cannot Recover Account or Create New Account

[Android Central Question]

I have periodically tried to recover my Android Central account from my @comcast.net address or create a new one at a @gmail.com or @yahoo.com address, but never get an email - not in spam either. How else might I get in?

What do you mean by ‘recover’? Do you have an account? Are you logged in?
