I just started opening an X account. It's running.
I chose to setup via my Google account.
This has a neutral username and a personal name based Google account / Gmail address.
I separately searched how to close / delete this X account if I required.
(I remember Facebook was difficult)
If requested to close and then not used for 30 days, it should delete.
I haven't downloaded the app as yet.
To start the process of deletion I would be asked for my password.
I was not asked to create a password when setting up the X account ...
... so I presume I would enter my Google account password in X / Twitter ... and that's my worry.
It seems already set up so I cannot back out now but only start the deletion process or try it for a while and delete another time.
X has my Gmail password, or Google protects that?
Stupid question..?
Anyone?
