Greetings
After installing a new update to the Android OS ( 920+ MB update to Android 9 Pie, compilation number 50.2.A.352, installed on 24.04.2019) i cant receive and send any MMS via standard phone messenger app.
Network operator from T-mobile (that i use) sugested that i need to do a factory reset to regain the ability to send and receive the MMS, i would like to not do that and find a solution elsewhere.
I tried wiping cache partition, resetting internet settings (such as APN to the requested by the network operator T-mobile), sending the mms on safe mode (or other things like suggested here hedroidguy.com/2019/02/how-to-fix-galaxy-note9-wont-send-mms-after-installing-android-9-pie-1098825 ), ...
nothing actually helped.
Anyone have some ideas what to do ?
