32Gig SD Wont Format In Epic But Will In My Evo

I transfered my 32G SD from my Evo to my Epic and decided to reformat it in the Epic only to get a "card damaged" pop up while trying to format it in Epic. I put it back in the Evo hit the format key and it formatted just fine and works in the Epic once formatted in Evo. I tried formatting an old 16Gig card in the Epic and it formatted it just fine just not the 32gig card. Any Ideas or is this a glitch in the Epic?

My co-worker had this issue with her 16gb card . i put it in my phone wouldnt read or fomat it . she took it to the store and they did it in there computer then it worked.Once formated it works no problem.

Same exact problem. Have to format on EVO (or PC/Mac) for now but you can then use it on the EPIC until they fix the bug.

WoW you think they would test these things.

It's a glitch with android 2.1 that was fixed with Android 2.2, once 2.2 is released for the epic it will no longer be a problem
