glitch for battery on epic?

i recently downloaded battery status for my epic and have had it on the charger all morning at work (4hrs) and 2 hours ago it said it was fully charged but it reads only 96 percent... is that right or is there a glitch with the battery

It is normal for batteries will not always charge to their MAX, what the system says and what the true MaH of the battery actually are may not be the same.

I would guess that the battery status widget is more accurate than the system GUI icon on the top bar.

Keep an eye on it, I bet the next time you charge it will go to 100%

Thats not the problem, the way to fix this would be to wipe the battery stats. My hero does this, too, but I'm too lazy to fix it since its not even activated anymore. Easiest way is to wipe it in clockwork recovery.
