Does the EPIC have different color LED light notifications?

Like on the Blackberry? And what colors are they? Does it work with the application Light Flow?

I have only been able to get red and blue to work on the Epic. I too loved that feature on my Blackberry.

When I get a new email from K9 mail, my LED is blue. I don't know why, but my attempts to change the color to anything else but blue always fail.

the epic only displays blue and red.

yea it does. for example, for facebook notifications (when they actually work) the LED light is blue, when the phone is done charging it is blue, and everything else is red.

It will display purple, too.

it's either blue or red for me.

I think it was an older version of Kik that did it.

use that dialer code to get to the test menu. you hit the LED button. You can see that the only color that work on the epic are as stated; blue, red, and magenta.


Some programs allow you to change the color of the LED for notifications (GoSMS for example). Try looking around in some settings to see what you come up with.
