notification bar problems... anybody else?

has anyone else had this problem?

when i'm in a call and i try to drag the notification bar down, it doesnt want to come down.... only way i can gain access is if i exit the call screen to the home screen and pull the notification bar down....

That's how my other android phones have worked too. I think it's just a preventative feature.

How does simultaneous voice and data work with sprint? Are we able to do it? Just thought of it now and haven't had a chance to test it. I figured that was why the notification bar wouldn't come down.
